Girls Varsity Volleyball · Volleyball falls to No. 1 Yorktown


The New Palestine volleyball team dropped a 25-13, 25-15, 25-13 decision to No. 1 Yorktown Tuesday at home.

Lydia Jones had 10 kills and eight digs to lead the Dragons offensively. Rylie Sturgeon led a strong defensive effort with 10 digs. Kaelyn Armstrong had eight digs. Sydney Robertson had 17 assists and five digs.

The Dragons are now 17-6 on the season. They are on the road Thursday at Triton Central.

The Dragon JV fell 25-17, 25-19 to move to 18-2 on the season.
