Girls Junior Varsity Basketball, Girls Varsity Basketball · Hackler commits to Anderson


New Palestine High School senior Carly Hackler has signed her letter of commitment to play basketball at Anderson University.

Hackler was a four-year starter for the Dragons, helping lead them to a 16-7 record in 2015-16, the program’s most wins in 12 years, and a 13-win turnaround from three years ago. She played multiple positions, and averaged 4.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.3 steals, showing her value as a versatile player, as a senior.

She will play for coach Lindsay Shade at Anderson, which is an NCAA Div. III school competing in the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
