New Palestine High School

The New Palestine boys golf team finished third at Saturday's 12-team Martinsville Artesian Classic, shooting 340. Joey McPike shot 80 - including a 39 on the back nine - to finish third overall. Nick Barada's 84 was 10th overall. He shot 40 on the back nine. Luke Cofer added an 86 and Ty Mitchell a 90. Josiah Kissel's 92 was the fifth score. The Dragons are back in action Monday at Royal Hylands against Knightstown.
